Program Access Policy

Every enrollment is governed by the specific offer, inclusions, access duration, and program structure communicated at the time of purchase.

Lifetime access, where expressly offered, applies only to the specific program/version, included content, and continuing live-session format related to that offer at the time of purchase. It does not automatically include all future program versions, newly launched programs, new coaches, new tools, new delivery models, or indefinite personalised coaching unless expressly stated in writing.

Where a program is offered for a fixed term, such as 1 year, 3 years, or any other stated duration, access to that program and its included coaching/support remains valid only for that stated term.

Where an offer includes upcoming courses or future additions, such access applies only to additions introduced within the tenure and scope of that specific offer/program, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Programs may evolve. Legacy or previous enrollments continue according to the offer terms and structure applicable at the time of purchase, and do not automatically include all features or structures introduced in newer versions unless expressly stated in writing.

Refund Policy for Membership.

Thank you for your interest in our membership. We strive to provide an excellent learning experience for all our users. As with any online purchase, some terms and conditions govern our Refund Policy. By purchasing a membership, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:

You acknowledge that the membership purchased by you is non-transferable and non-refundable.

You acknowledge that we are under no obligation to refund any fees and applicable charges paid by you, in full or partially, under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to modifying and extending the duration of the membership, changes in the commencement date of the membership, your failure to attend or participate in the membership programs, or modifications to the structure or content of the membership.

If a refund is provided, you agree and acknowledge that such amount may be refunded either in cash or as a credit (for the purchase of any other membership of equivalent value) at the sole discretion of Sakshi Chandraakar.
